Small Business Edition (SBE)
- The Small Business Edition (SBE) has the same modules and feature sets with the Enterprise Edition (EE). It is a cost-effective way for smaller organizations to enjoy all the benefits of an ERP Solution.
- SBE is restricted to creating and running just one Company.
- Small Business Edition is restricted to a maximum of 10 users. An SBE subscriber that requires more than 10 users will have to migrate to the Enterprise Edition.
- SBE subscribers can create an unlimited number of inventories, customers, suppliers, employees, warehouses and branches. They can also create unlimited number of transactions including payroll.
- SBE is restricted to 10 GB. However, note that this is plenty; most of our Small Business subscribers use an average of 2GB of space.
- SBE subscribers have access to ALL the modules in Mdserp. From Core Modules like Accounting and Human Resources to domain specific modules like Manufacturing, Education and Agriculture. No limit.
- Organizations on SBE also have access to ALL Training Manuals and Videos. No limit.
- SBE Subscribers have access to telephone and email support. No limit.
Enterprise Edition (EE)
- Organizations on Enterprise Edition can subscribe for an unlimited number of users, Small Business Edition is however restricted to a maximum of 10 users. A SBE subscriber that requires more than 10 users will have to migrate to the Enterprise Edition.
- Organisations on Enterprise Edition can subscribe for an unlimited number of users.
- EE allows you to create an unlimited number of companies (associate or subsidiary companies) and run them as independent entities in one instance.
- EE has unlimited cloud storage space to store date and images generated from transactions and static data.
- Enterprise Edition is entitled to Priority support.
- EE Subscribers are entitled to free trainer led online training session both during and after on-boarding. This training is available on demand to EE subscribers for free for the
duration of their subscription.
Implementation
For implementation, you get the following:
- A dedicated implementation team that will consist of a minimum of two MDSerp consultants
- The team will have project meetings with the drivers in your company. At this meeting the scope of the project will be determined.
- Draw up a timeline covering training, set up and implementation
- Carry out gap analysis to determine the extent of customization that will be required
- No limit to the number of people to be trained
- Training and desk manuals will be customised for all areas of your companyś operations
- Training will be remote or on site. MDSerp reserves the right to host remote trainings.
- Two Months post go live hand holding by the dedicated project team
